These Terms & Conditions describe the terms applicable to communications and text messaging provided by Prestige Cleaning. By using our website, communicating with Prestige Cleaning, or voluntarily enrolling in our SMS messaging program, you acknowledge these terms.


Prestige Cleaning SMS Program

Prestige Cleaning offers customers an optional text messaging service for updates related to scheduled cleaning services.

Customers who opt in may receive messages including:

  • A cleaning reminder approximately 48 hours before a scheduled appointment

  • Notification when a cleaner or cleaning team is on the way

  • Notification when a scheduled cleaning has been completed

  • Other communications directly related to an existing or requested cleaning service

  • Responses to customer questions or requests

These messages are intended primarily for service and appointment-related communications.


How Customers Opt In

Customers may voluntarily provide consent to receive SMS messages from Prestige Cleaning.

For customers who opt in verbally, a Prestige Cleaning representative will explain the types of messages the customer may receive and ask whether the customer agrees to receive text-message service updates at the mobile phone number provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving cleaning services.

Prestige Cleaning maintains records of customer SMS consent as appropriate for its messaging program.


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the customer's cleaning schedule and interactions with Prestige Cleaning.

For a typical scheduled cleaning, customers may receive up to three automated service-update messages:

  1. A reminder approximately 48 hours before the cleaning

  2. A notification when the cleaner or cleaning team is on the way

  3. A notification when the cleaning is complete

Additional messages may be exchanged when necessary to answer questions, address scheduling matters, or respond to customer communications.


Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier's standard text messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received in connection with the Prestige Cleaning SMS program.


How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages from Prestige Cleaning at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will no longer receive automated SMS messages from the Prestige Cleaning messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

You may still receive communications through other methods necessary to provide or coordinate your cleaning services.

Consent

By voluntarily agreeing to receive text messages from Prestige Cleaning, you authorize Prestige Cleaning to send service-related SMS messages to the mobile telephone number you provided.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating wireless carriers and telecommunications networks.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prestige Cleaning cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received at a particular time.


Privacy

Prestige Cleaning's collection and use of personal information associated with the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to the SMS Program or Terms

Prestige Cleaning may modify or discontinue its SMS messaging program or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
